Use jewelry pliers to remove the drop from the post earrings by opening the jump ring attaching the drop to the post. If there is no jump ring, open the attached ring on the post. Slip the drop off and discard or save the post earrings for another project.

Open the jump ring slightly with pliers if the drop was attached to the post earring with a jump ring. Use a similarly colored metal jump ring to attach the drop to the Euro wire earring. Attach both the drop and the Euro wire earring to the jump ring. Verify that the drop is correctly positioned. Use pliers to carefully close the jump ring so that the edges touch.

Open the loop on the bottom of the Euro wire earring backs using jewelry pliers if the drop was attached directly to the post earring.
