How to get IHOP coupons

Save

Readily available discount and free meal coupons make paying full price at the International House of Pancakes almost unnecessary. Thanks to the Internet and social media, you don't even need to search for IHOP coupons -- some sources offer ways for coupons to find you.

Get Coupons Online

The Pancake Revolution

Visit the IHOP website and sign up for the Pancake Revolution e-mail club. Anyone 13 years of age and older can join by providing your name, e-mail address and location. You’ll receive three e-mail coupons valued at $7.99 each in the first year -- one within 24 hours of joining, one on your birthday, and one on your club membership anniversary date. You'll then receive two coupons per year after that.

Special Promotions

Use the location search tool on the company’s website to find an IHOP near you, and then click the “More Information” link. The page will describe special promotions if any are available. These may not require a coupon but will definitely save on the total bill.

Third-Party Coupon Websites

Printable coupons for meals and gift cards are available on a number of coupon websites. These include sites such as Coupon Sherpa, RetailMeNot and Coupons.com. There’s also an IHOP coupon page on Facebook that displays coupons from a number of sources.

Warning

  • Although third-party coupon websites are a good way to find IHOP coupons, not all are reliable sources. If you’re unsure about a site, free reviews are available on coupon review websites.

In-House Promotions

In addition to coupons, participating IHOP restaurants offer special discounts:

  • Active duty military members with a valid military identification card receive a 10 percent discount off their meal.
  • Anyone 55 years of age and older can order from the Senior menu, which offers select meals at reduced prices.

National Pancake Day

Get a free short-stack of buttermilk pancakes -- three pancakes -- on National Pancake Day. IHOP runs the all-day charity event every year in early March from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. The “catch” is that you’ll be encouraged to donate the equivalent amount to the Children’s Miracle Network. The return is a coupon worth $5 for your next visit.
