How to Display Hidden Columns in an Access 2003 Query

Queries are used to retrieve, calculate, sort, update, combine and delete fields and records in a database. They refine data in tables or other queries for analysis purposes. Microsoft Access 2003 gives you the ability to hide fields or columns in queries and tables. In queries, the hidden fields are used to perform calculations or select criteria that are not helpful if displayed in the query results. Columns are hidden or unhidden using the "Design View" or "Datasheet View" for queries and the "Datasheet View" for tables.
