How to Send PDF Forms
Adobe PDF (Portable Document Format) files are great tools for transmitting documents. They retain your original fonts, line spacing and margins. Even if the person reading your PDF has different default settings and doesn't have your favorite font installed, he can still view your document exactly as you created it. While special software is required to view PDF files, Adobe makes its Acrobat Reader available for free on both Mac and PC platforms. Sending a PDF file to someone else is a snap.
