How to Create a Folder Using Windows Explorer


Windows Explorer is a file management program that comes with Windows operating systems. It makes it easy for you to find, add, delete, copy, and paste files to your hard drive. Explorer allows you to create new folders in just a few simple steps.

  • Right-click the Start menu and select "Explore" from the list of options. You can also press Windows key and "E." This will bring up the Windows Explorer application.

  • Type in the address of the location where you want to create the new folder in the "Address" bar.
