How to Use Pedestrian Mode on a Navigon GPS
Navigon global positioning systems (GPS) are a convenient device for finding directions when you are driving or walking. The GPS unit connects with satellites to determine your position, and provides real time directions based on your movements. Navigon GPS units base the amount of time it will take to reach your destination by measuring the distance to your destination and calculating your mode of travel. When using Pedestrian mode on a Navigon GPS unit, the calculation is based on walking to the destination.
