Pick out the tiles. Lay them out to the size of the finished mirror. Measure the finished width and height of the tiles and jot down the dimensions. Purchase the number of tiles required.
-
2
Have a glass mirror cut to size. Glue the mirror to a thin sheet of plywood with Liquid Nail--a construction adhesive. Paint the edge of the plywood all the way around the same color as the edge of the tiles. Attach a sawtooth picture hanger to the back of the plywood.

Take sandpaper and sand the surface of the mirror only where the tiles will be glued. This will help the Liquid Nail bond the tiles to the mirror.
-
4
Glue the tiles to the mirror using Liquid Nail. Let it dry overnight. Apply grout between the tiles the next day.
-
5
Apply clear grout sealant to protect the grout from discoloring and so you can clean dust from it more easily.

Tips & Warnings
When sanding the surface of the mirror be very careful not to sand any part of it that won't have tiles glued over it.
Make sure the hanger on the back of the frame is strong enough to hold the weight. A glass mirror and tile can be heavy.
Hang the mirror in an area so if it falls it won't fall on anybody.
