How to Clean Oxygen Tanks

Oxygen tanks can be used for several reasons, including medical and scuba diving needs. Oxygen tanks allow you to breathe where you otherwise wouldn't breathe, or if you don't have the ability to breathe regularly on your own. Since oxygen tanks are sanitary items, they should be cleaned frequently and thoroughly to avoid respiratory infections and bacteria. Speak with your doctor if he has any specific advice on how to clean your personal oxygen tank. There may be stricter standards, depending on your level of health.
