Instructions

    • 1

Spot-clean cloth seats that are stained with permanent marker using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer such as Purell. You can also use hairspray or nail polish remover.

    • 2

Apply a few squirts of the cleaner onto a cloth and gently dab onto the permanent marker spot.

    • 3

Continue blotting, not rubbing, until the marker stain is lifted off.

    • 4

Repeat the process if the first round does not completely remove the stain.

    • 5

When the marker has disappeared, use clean water to rinse the residue of the sanitizer, hairspray or nail polish remover from the cloth seat.

Tips & Warnings

  • Before cleaning, test the cleaning substance in a corner or hidden part of the seat in order to make sure that the cloth fabric will not fade or discolor.

  • Do not scrub or you may make the stain worse.

  • Rinse off the product residue after the stain is removed or it could attract all kinds of dirt or other stains.

  • Keep all dangerous products out of reach of children.
