How to Change the Default Spacing in Word 2007
Microsoft Word's long history has made it one of the most popular word processing programs in the world. Word 2007 uses a different default spacing option from prior versions of the word processor. The Word 2007 version sets the line spacing at 1.15 lines and automatically skips a line between paragraphs; earlier versions set the default settings at single spacing and no lines between paragraphs. You can either change the default setting of your Word 2007 to the Word 2003 default settings, or you can make your own custom settings.
