How to Default Sending Email in HTML in Outlook
Microsoft Outlook is an email application that allows you to send and receive messages from an account. The software allows you to send email in several formats such as Word, text and HTML. Sending email in HTML format gives you the option to embed images and font styles, so it's a preferred method for some email users. The default setting for HTML can be set in the Microsoft Outlook account preferences. Once this is set, your email messages are HTML-enabled.

Open Outlook on your machine by double-clicking the icon on the Windows desktop.

Click the "Tools" menu option and select "Options." This opens a new configuration window where you can set the options for the Outlook software.

Click the "Mail Format" tab. In the first section. select "HTML" in the drop-down box labeled "Compose message in this format."

Click the "OK" button. Click the "New Email" button in the main toolbar. The new email that opens automatically starts in an HTML format.
