Instructions

    • 1

Connect one end of the DVI or VGA cable to the back of the video card. The type of cable you will use depends on the type of outlet that you have on the back of your computer (whether it be on a video card or your motherboard).

    • 2

Plug the other end of the cable into the corresponding output plug on your RCA TV.

    • 3

Change the channel on your TV to the output from the "PC" (it might also be labeled "VGA" or "DVI").

    • 4

Turn on your PC. If you see your boot-up process on your TV, you have connected everything properly.

Tips & Warnings

  • You can also use your RCA TV as a second monitor by using both outputs on your video card, leading one to your TV and the other into a standard PC monitor.

  • If using an older RCA TV and your video card has a RCA connection, you can use any of the video outputs (the yellow plugs) to show your PC on your TV.
