Tips & Warnings
If after several tries, you do not find the correct listing, call your agent to find out if it is under contract or if the listing has been removed.
Check to see when the listing was last updated and how long the property has been on the market. This information may give you bargaining power if you seek to make an offer on the property.
When selling your home, make sure the information in your description is accurate.
