- 4 tbsp. fresh carrot juice
- 4 tbsp. powdered buttermilk
- Plastic wrap
- Wire whisk
- Small, lidded glass jar

Combine the carrot juice and powdered buttermilk in a small mixing bowl. Stir with a wire whisk or glass stirrer.

Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator to infuse for three hours.
