How to Make Reproduction Sugar Cones
In the 17th and 18th centuries, sugar cones kept sugar in a compact, easy-to-store space. Think of sugar cones as larger versions of sugar cubes, but instead of dissolving the entire cone, a tea drinker would hold the cone with sugar tongs inside a tea cup until the desired amount of sugar dissolved. Making reproduction cones require using molds sold on the Internet, but you can substitute a tapered glass or paper cup. Does this Spark an idea?
