How to Convert AVI to a Video CD
A video CD (VCD) format permits you to create a DVD type video disk using an ordinary CD. A VCD disk holds up to 80 minutes of a video on a standard 700 megabytes disk, and is playable with a regular DVD player. Digital camcorders and cameras use audio video interleave (AVI) as a default format to save captured movies. A popular Nero software allows you to create a VCD based on AVI files.
