How to Draw Vampire Teeth
From "Nosferatu" to Dracula to Anne Rice's chronicles to "Twilight," vampires have captured the imaginations of fiction and horror fans for decades. Often romanticized, the vampire can either be eerily charming or grotesque, something to keep in mind when drawing original vampire art or, more specifically, the vampire's fangs. The subtler approach sees the fangs generally hidden while the horror vampires usually sport the large and imposing versions; for convenience, this article will cover drawing both.

1
Draw a trapezoid in the middle of your paper, sized according to your desired size of the art you want to create. Draw an inverted trapezoid directly underneath the first shape so that the long bases of each trapezoid are flush to one another. This is the outline of the vampire's mouth.

2
Using the horizontal middle line between the shapes as a guide, draw two circles next to one another above and in the middle of the line. This is the vampire's two upper middle teeth. Draw two more circles to the right and left of these circles, then draw "V" shapes to the bottom of these circles. Erase the connecting lines so that the vampire's fangs look solid.

Add more circles (teeth) above and below the line to fill the vampire's mouth. Erase the bottoms of the circles and redraw the straight lines to give the appearance of actual teeth. This is the typical vampire's fangs. For the more horrific look, draw the middle teeth with smaller "V" shapes underneath to give the appearance of four fangs, and draw the rest of the teeth of varying size to create a mangled mouth.

4
Add another trapezoidal shape over the existing one to create lips. Look over your drawing and erase any errant or overlapping lines you may have missed. Trace your drawing in black ink if desired to let your art stand out on the page, and you can add blood with a red marker.
