Sterilize a pair of tweezers by placing it in boiling water for several minutes and then letting it cool.
-
2
Soak a wash cloth in warm water and wring it out. Place the cloth over the zit or blackhead for 3 to 5 minutes.

Remove the warm cloth. The zit or blackhead should be soft and ready to be popped. If not, replace the warm cloth for a few more minutes.
-
4
Use the tweezers to grab the zit or blackhead by its sides. Once you have a firm grasp, gently squeeze the zit or blackhead until it pops and starts to omit liquid.
