Pour the water into a small saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat.

Put the green tea leaves in a heat-proof glass or ceramic bowl and pour the boiling water over the leaves. Let the tea steep for four minutes, then strain in a fine-mesh sieve. Reserve the liquid in a small saucepan. Discard the used tea leaves.

Let the reserved liquid cool to room temperature. Add the fresh lime juice and transfer the mixture to a sterilized glass or plastic bottle with a fine-spray mister.
