How to Get Webshot Pictures Onto Your iPod
Webshots is one of the largest photo- and video-sharing sites on the Internet. It currently boasts more than 520 million photos. It offers photographers, both amateur and professional, space to upload images, share photos and download photos. The iPod has revolutionized personal multimedia storage. Users can sync their devices to their computers and transfer music, video and photos, among other data. This includes Webshots pictures.

Purchase a picture from a professional photographer on Webshots or download a non-copyrighted photo. Do so by simply clicking "Download This Photo."

Specify where you want the download destination to be. You can pick a specific folder, such as one marked "Photos," or a program, such as Adobe Photoshop Album SE or iPhoto. Wait for the download to complete.

Plug your iPod USB cord into your iPod. The correct input for the iPod is the narrower, thinner end. Connect the other end into your computer's USB port. ITunes will automatically launch. Wait until the initial sync is complete.

Click on the iPod icon under "Devices" in the left sidebar in iTunes.

Click the "Photos" tab at the top of the iTunes screen.

Check the box "Sync photos from:" and then use the drop-down menu to choose the source where you store your Webshots pictures. If you store them in a program such as iPhoto, select "iPhoto." If you store them in a folder you created, select "Choose Folder" and then locate the folder in the window that appears. Click on it and press "Okay."

Click on the "Summary" tab at the top of iTunes.

Press the "Apply" button at the bottom of the iTunes screen. This will tell your iPod to sync with your computer and to put all your Webshots photos in the location you specified onto your iPod.

Tips & Warnings
Do not attempt to use your iPod while syncing is in progress. This will cancel the sync and stop your photos from being uploaded.
