- Moderate
Instructions
-
-
1
Remove the old cabinet door.
-
2
Attach two or three hinges evenly spaced along the back edge of the new door.
-
3
Measure where the top edge of the door will be placed onto the cabinet base, and mark the cabinet base.
-
4
Hold chalk string to the marks on the cabinet base and snap a chalk line. This will help you align the tops of the doors.
-
5
Place the new door over the cabinet opening and align with chalk line.
-
6
Mark the top hinge location on each cabinet frame.
-
7
Open hinges and place the door against the frame, aligning hinges with hinge marks.
-
8
Anchor hinges to the frame with the screws provided in hinge kit.
-
9
Erase all marks.
-
10
Attach doorknobs and catches.

Did you countersink your hinges? You need to accommodate for the thickness of the hinges by countersinking them into the frame and into the door. -
