How to Design Your Own Franklin Planner Pages
Planners, lists, and schedules are a blessing for busy moms and people with hectic school or work schedules. There are a lot of high-quality planners on the market, but Franklin Covey offers the option to create your own planner pages. The planner you create through this process comes complete with your own pictures, your family members' birthdays, and a host of customizations. The planner creation process happens via the company's website.

Visit the Franklin Covey "Design Your Own" web page. Click the white "start now" button inside the blue box at the top of the page. Read the steps required to make your planner pages, then click "begin now." This will launch a separate pop-up window.

Register for an account with the website. Provide your name, email address, and a password. This allows the website to store your planner information so you can edit it or order refills without having to redesign your planner from scratch.

Use the "next design" and "previous design" buttons to choose a style and color for your planner pages. When you find the planner page you like best, choose "select this design." This will prompt you to accept the terms and conditions of creating planner pages on franklincovey.com. You must agree to the terms and conditions to continue.

Use the gray boxes on the left hand of the screen to navigate the design process. The first gray tab asks you to enter a name for your planner, such as "Teresa's planner pages." This name only applies to this design on the website and doesn't appear on your planner. Below the name text box, choose the size you'd like your planner pages to be. Below that, choose the starting month for your planner pages. Save your preferences.

Select the gray "choose your layout" tab and select from the planner page scheduling options. Choose your calender and scheduling time preferences and save your work. Move to the next gray tap titled "personalize." Follow the prompts to select images and quotes for your daily planner pages. Save your work.

Choose the gray "enter your events" tab. Follow the prompts to customize your title page, to set up your contact information pages, and to choose what holidays and special occasion will come preprinted on your planner. Save your work.

Use the tabs above your planner pages entitled "daily pages," "monthly pages," "contacts," and "title page" to preview your choices. Make any necessary changes to your design. If you have trouble, click the "live chat online" link at the very bottom of the page to get help from a sales representative.

Finalize your design and add accessories or binders to your order. Enter your contact, billing, and payment information and review your order one last time before submitting it. Allow up to 17 days for delivery.
