How to Download MS Outlook Contacts to an iPod Touch
If you use a PC computer to transfer music and other content to your iPod Touch, then you can also set up contact syncing with Microsoft Outlook. When you enable contact syncing in iTunes, the program will automatically download the contacts in your Outlook address book to your iPod Touch's memory. While you are configuring contact syncing, you will have the option of downloading your complete address book or only certain contacts.

- PC running Windows XP or later
- Microsoft Outlook 2003 or later
- iTunes 8 or later
- iPod Touch
- iPod USB cable

Connect your iPod Touch to your PC computer using the iPod USB cable.

Launch the iTunes application.

Highlight the iPod Touch icon underneath the "Devices" heading on the left side of the main iTunes window.

Go to the "Info" tab at the top of the window and scroll down to the "Contacts" section.

Check the box next to "Sync Contacts" and choose "Outlook" as the data source.

Choose whether to sync all Outlook contacts or only certain groups.

Click on the "Sync" or "Apply" button in the lower-right corner of the window to begin downloading Outlook contacts to your iPod Touch.
