Many novelty ID websites sell fake IDs for almost every state. However, it's important to keep in mind that there are some scams out there to watch out for. Things You'll Need

Instructions

1. Find a picture of someone's ID that is already online. You can do this by going to Google Image and typing the name of your state and then driver's license or photo ID. Save that picture on to your computer and open in Photoshop or a similar graphics program.

2. Duplicate the layer that the current picture is on and name it "edits". Select the rectangular selection tool from the tools panel. Draw a rectangle around the photo area and hit backspace or delete to delete the selection.

3. Add a new layer in the layers panel and name it "my pic". Import your picture into Photoshop and resize it to fit the current selection. Paste the image into the selection.

4. Smooth the edges using the blur tool. Set it to 20 percent and be sure that you are using a small brush that is just large enough to cover the edge of the picture and a small portion around it.

5. Print the image. Be sure that it is the size of a normal state driver's license or ID card. Cut around the edges, ensuring that you keep them even.
