How to Change a Negative Currency Into Positive in Excel 2007

Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet application that is used across the financial, accounting and data analyst sectors to manipulate and analyze data. While the system is fairly intuitive, it takes some experience to become familiar with how to perform certain operations like formatting. Changing the formatting on a number--for instance, converting a negative currency into a positive currency--may be necessary for a presentation or calculation.
