How to Find Your Spiritual Talents
In I Corinthians 12:12--31 in the Holy Bible, it explains that each person is a part of the body of Christ. Although everyone may be a different body part, each part of the body has a specific job to do. This passage hints towards the need for each person to discover his own spiritual talents that helps him perform his designated job within the body. Discovering your spiritual talent may help you be more fulfilled in a spiritual, emotional and physical manner.

1
Assess your natural talents. Whether Christian or not, the vast majority of human beings are born with natural talents. Science would say that some of these are genetic predispositions, but they also are things you are naturally good at. Pay attention to what you are good at, such as singing, dancing, building or problem solving, to begin to find your spiritual talents.
-
2
Discern what draws you in. Knowing the things that grab your attention may help you to determine your interests. While this may not necessarily be your spiritual gift, listing these things may provide a guide on what you will stay involved in.

3
Make a list of what tasks fulfill you once completed. While your spiritual talent shouldn't be done for your edification but for God's, you should still find some peace and fulfillment. Find out if you enjoy helping others, encouraging others, wrangling lost souls, inspiring others, leading, following or even praying.

Pray to a higher power. After meditating on ways you may be able to let your light shine for God, pray to find out how God is trying to lead you. It may help clear your thoughts. Afterward, find a quiet place to wait for an answer. This may take hours, days or weeks, but you may be led by God before making your own decision.

Tips & Warnings
Getting council from spiritual leaders, such as your pastor, may help you determine your spiritual talents. Often, others may see your spiritual gifts more clearly than you do.
Avoid choosing a spiritual talent based on your own personal glory. While it may be appealing to be a leader, it may not be your place to do so or you may not be ready.
