How to Broil Sea Scallops

Sea scallops can be fried, baked, barbequed and broiled. When broiling sea scallops, some recipes call for marinating the scallops the night before. This might be a white wine and brandy marinade, or some other marinade recipe. If you prefer not to marinade, the scallops can simply be broiled with a little butter.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
