Download a torrent program if you don't have one yet. An example is uTorrent. Install the program by opening the installation file you downloaded.

Double-click on your torrent file and a program like uTorrent, once installed, should open the torrent file and immediately begin download.

Download a program like Easy DVD once the movie torrent you got has finished transferring to your computer. Click "Download Now" on the website's main site to get the file. Install it by opening the installation file and clicking "Next" through each screen.

Put your blank DVD in the slot and open your DVD-burning program. Click on the button to add files, which is often a plus sign. Locate the movie you downloaded in the torrent and double-click on it.
