  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup vegetable shortening
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup soft butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ cup self-rising flour

  • Large bowl

      Preheat the oven at 375 degrees F. Prepare a cooling area for the cookies with a wire rack or sheet of aluminum foil.
