      Purchase adhesive label paper in the appropriate size at any office supply outlet. You can buy paper for almost every type of label purpose.

      Open a new document in Microsoft Word 2007.

      Click the "Mailings" tab at the top. Click on "Labels", located on the upper left-hand side.

      Hit "Options" to choose your label paper's brand and size and then hit "OK."

      Type in the text that you want to appear on your labels. Customize the font and size by highlighting the text and right-clicking it to bring up the "Fonts" menu.
