Tips & Warnings

  • If the pictures you want to save to the hard drive are stored in the cell phone, simply go to your camera and pictures folder, press the "Options" key in the phone's keypad, and select the "Upload" action. Choose the pictures you want to upload by checking the box next to them. This action will make these pictures accessible on your picture mail account online.

  • Pictures taken on the phone must be uploaded to your online account to be accessed. If they are not, you will not be able to save them to the hard drive.

  • A Sprint Picture Mail password is required to save pictures to the hard drive. When the login screen opens, do not change the radio button to "Yes, I know my Password." Leave the information as it is, and select "Sign In." You will be prompted to reenter your cell phone number. Do so, and a verification password will be sent to your cell phone via SMS text message. Type the verification password in the blank data form that will appear on the screen, and you will be prompted to create your own password. Type a password of your choice into the appropriate data forms, and click "Submit." You will then be redirected to your online picture mail account.
