How to Get Rid of an Old Copier
Copiers, like other office equipment, don't last forever. Newer copiers come along with advanced features including the ability to copy two-sided documents and collate multiple-page documents. What you are left with is two copiers --- one with all the bells and whistles and the old copier with limited features. You don't have to store the old copier in the closet or keep it in your office. You can get rid of your old copier and reclaim the space in your office or home.

Tips & Warnings
If you haven't purchased a new copier yet, contact a office supply store or copier dealer and see if the company offers a trade-in program if you don't want to donate the copier to a charity or nonprofit. Trade-in programs are provided by many copier/office supply companies. The company will pick up your old copier when they deliver you the new one. You may receive a discount on the new copier---depending on the condition and age of the old copier.
