Things You'll Need:
- LG cell phone with an Internet connection
- LG Cell Phone Owner's Manual (optional)
-
Step 1
Open the standby screen where the phone launches from or end any session you are in by pressing your "End" key. Cell phones come with an arrangement for downloading graphics. Begin the steps on the standby screen for your model of cell phone. Make sure your Internet connection is working and you have enough memory on the phone to save a picture. Files are 1 kilobyte to 50 kilobytes in size.
-
Step 2
Connect to your service's Internet graphics site if you prefer to use your phone's Internet connection to download. Once connected to the site, open up the graphics, wallpaper or apps area. Select your picture category and subcategory. Choose the picture you want, buy it and have the picture sent. When you receive the picture, remember to save it on the phone. The phone service provider bills you for the download.
-
Step 3
Use the phone's arrangement for downloading graphics. Go to "Menu." Select the Internet media connection center function on the phone: MEdia Mall for AT&T or MEDIA CENTER for Verizon. The media menu opens on the screen.
-
Step 4
Choose the "Graphics" option. Browse the graphics categories by scrolling. Select a category and subcategory. View the available pictures until you find the one you like. The service offers many kinds of pictures, from flowers and scenes to politics. Given the convenient picture arrangements, finding the one you want is fairly easy. Click to select.
-
Step 5
Buy the picture. Click on the "Buy" option. Select your price and enter the order. If you prefer a billing option other than a charge on your bill, choose one.
-
Step 6
Download the picture to your phone. After you confirm the purchase, the phone downloads the picture. When the download is complete, you will see the image on the screen. Press "Save." A file charge will appear on your next cell phone bill.
-
Step 7
Exit the media connection. Press the "End Call" button. Enjoy the picture!
