Remove all dust from the photograph by wiping it with a paper towel.

Put a bit of rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball. Use just enough to dampen the cotton.

Without saturating the photograph, carefully wipe the cotton ball over the area where the ink is.

Try again if the ink remains after the photograph is completely dry.
