Tips & Warnings
Make sure you plan how you are going to apply the sealant to the concrete floor. Start in a back corner and work across the floor systematically so you do not miss any areas and so that you are working towards an exit. Don't paint yourself in and then ruin the finish by having to walk across it.
Concrete sealant products are made with chemicals that produce very strong odors that can be toxic to humans and animals in concentrated quantities. Make sure that you have adequate ventilation in the area you are working in to prevent yourself from becoming sick from the fumes.
