- Salmon croquettes
- Plastic wrap
- Plastic freezer bags (zipper type)
- Permanent marker

Prepare the salmon croquettes following the recipe, combining the ingredients and shaping the salmon into patties.

Wrap each salmon croquette individually in plastic wrap.

Place the individually wrapped salmon croquettes into the plastic freezer bag. Make sure each patty is flat and will freeze in the flattened shape. Do not place so many patties into a freezer bag that they become squished or misshapen.

Remove the excess air from the freezer bag and seal it.

Label the freezer bag with the contents and the date you are freezing the salmon croquettes.
