How to Create an Email Group in Eudora
By creating an email group (distribution list) in your Eudora email program, you can simplify the way you send out bulk messages. The email group will save you time because it allows you to distribute the bulk messages to a large number of individuals without having to enter their email addresses every time. Learn the basic steps to create one email group. You can repeat the steps to create as many groups as you like.

Open the Eudora mail program on your computer.

Select the "Tools" option from the menu bar. Click "Address Book."

Click the "New" button.

Type a "Nickname" for your email group. The nickname will help you to identify the email group on your computer.

Skip the "Full Name," "First Name" and "Last Name" boxes. Those boxes can remain blank.

Begin entering the email addresses for everyone you would like to include in the group. These addresses are entered inside of the big box labeled "This nickname will expand to the following addresses." Be sure to separate each email address with a comma or carriage return.

Click "File" from the Eudora menu bar. Select "Save" to save your email group settings.

Send messages to your email group by entering the nickname for the group into the "To" field when you are composing your message.
