- 1/2 cup margarine
- 3 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Frosting
- 1 cup margarine
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 1-pound box powdered sugar

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

Put the margarine, cocoa and water in a saucepan.

Cook it over low heat until the mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and set aside.

Combine the flour, sugar and soda together in a mixing bowl.

Add in the melted chocolate sauce and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.

Mix in the egg and sour cream until well blended.

Pour the batter into a 10-inch by 15-inch jelly roll pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the cake comes out clean.
