How to Go Into Safe Mode
Safe mode is used to help troubleshoot problems on computer running the Windows operating system. When you boot into safe mode, Windows doesn't load most of the device drivers. Safe mode is most commonly used when an application or patch causes your computer to fail to run Windows, such as when you receive a "Blue Screen of Death." A blue screen (system error) occurs when the Windows screen turns blue and the operating system becomes inaccessible.
