1
Plant the endless-blooming hydrangeas in partial sun and well-drained soil. If the the soil is alkaline the flowers will be pink, if the soil is more acidic the flowers will be a shade of blue.
-
2
Water regularly to prevent wilting. Keep the soil moist, but not soaking wet, until the shrub takes root and starts to grow on its own. Even after it is established, the shrub needs frequent watering for energy to produce all its blooms.

3
Fertilize the endless-blooming hydrangea once a month during the growing season. Use a fertilizer like Miracle-Gro, which has more phosphorus than nitrogen. Check on the package or with a store clerk to see that the fertilizer is not high in nitrogen, as this will inhibit blooming.
-
4
Deadhead any spent flowers on the hydrangea, pinching them off as they fade. This will divert energy to the new blooms and make space for a new bloom on the new wood. Cut back any emerging growth back to half its height with pruning shears to encourage even more blooms.
