  • 4 oz. glycerin soap
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil
  • 10 drops banana essential oil

Instructions

      Put the glycerin soap in a small saucepan over low heat. Heat for three to four minutes or until the soap is completely liquefied.

      Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the coconut oil and banana essential oil with a wire whisk or glass stirrer.

      Pour the mixture into a bar soap mold and let it set at room temperature for five to six hours or until hardened.

  • All of the ingredients and a bar soap mold can be purchased through a health food store. If you cannot find them in your area or they do not carry bar soap molds, you can find missing ingredients and molds through many different online retailers.

  • Do not mix or store any type of homemade bath soap in an aluminum or copper container, as there is serious concern about heavy metals entering the bloodstream through the pores and scalp.
