How to Create Wallpaper for a Barbie Dollhouse
Wallpapering a Barbie dollhouse is much easier than it sounds, especially if you use the special stick-on wallpaper. The wallpaper is just as durable and polished looking, but goes on without the messy bustle of paste. Once you've chosen the perfect wallpaper for your dollhouse, choose enough sheets of it to completely cover the walls you wish to decorate. One sheet of wallpaper is usually enough for one dollhouse wall.

Remove all loose furniture, dolls, and household items from the dollhouse. Lay the dollhouse flat so that the wall you wish to wallpaper is facing directly upward.

Lay a piece of stick-on wallpaper, with the back sheet still attached, down into the dollhouse and over the chosen wall. Use a scalpel to trim away all excess wallpaper. Continue to trim, freeing up space around irremovable wall furniture, picture frames, etc. Once the piece of wallpaper is trimmed to perfectly match the wall, set the scalpel down outside of the dollhouse.

Carefully peel away the back sheet from one corner of the wallpaper and attach that corner immediately. From there, slowly peel back the paper while simultaneously pressing the wallpaper to the dollhouse wall. Continue until the entire piece of wallpaper is attached to the wall.

Use the scalpel to trim away any stray pieces of wallpaper that are sticking out over the edge of the wall. Set the dollhouse upright and return all the furniture and loose items that were removed.

Tips & Warnings
Use the side of the scalpel head to flatten out any air bubbles that may have formed while you were laying the wallpaper down.
