How to Get Rid of the IncrediMail Junk Filter
If you are an IncrediMail user, you are likely fond of the colorful animated icons and clip art for which it has become famous. However, you may be less fond of the junk mail filter, JunkMail Plus. A junk mail filter may be unnecessary in some situations, such as when you are positive that your email address is known only by those who you want to receive mail from. Disable JunkMail Plus to ensure that the mail you want to receive comes through as it should.

Launch IncrediMail, and click "Tools."

Click "Junk Mail."

Click "Turn JunkFilter Plus OFF." Junk filtering in IncrediMail will be disabled. Because JunkFilter Plus is installed as a separate program from IncrediMail, you may wish to uninstall it from the computer as well. If you do, continue to the next step. If you prefer to keep it on the computer, stop here.

From the "Start" menu, click "Control Panel."

Double-click "Add or Remove Programs" in Windows XP or "Programs and Features" in Windows Vista and 7.

Click "IncrediMail JunkFilter Plus" and click "Remove" if you are running Windows XP. If you are running Windows Vista or 7, right-click "IncrediMail JunkFilter Plus" and click "Uninstall."
