  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • Grater
  • Bowl
  • Saucepan
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. flour

  • ½ tsp. salt

      Grate a block of cheddar cheese and place shreds in a bowl. A bag of shredded cheese will also work.

      Put the butter in a saucepan and cook on medium heat until melted.

      Add the flour to the melted butter and whisk together so that they form a paste. Next, pour the milk into the saucepan, a little bit at a time. Remember to keep stirring to avoid lumps.
