How to Print Email Without the Header Information
When you must print email messages, instead of printing the header information included in each email, remove the email headers so they will not print. Not only will you print a more attractive email message, but you will also use less paper and printer toner when you do not print email headers. It is a simple technique to remove email headers for printing.

Open the email message you wish to print.

Use your mouse to select the text you want to print. Drag your mouse over all of the text and highlight it.

Copy this text to your computer clipboard by pressing "Control" and "C" simultaneously.

Open your word processing program and begin a blank document.

Paste the text from the email message to the blank document by pressing "Control" and "V" simultaneously. The text of the email should immediately appear in the blank document.

Adjust the text as you desire, then print it with your printer.

Save the text as a headerless email message by clicking "Save" and giving it a unique name.

Close the word processing program.

An email header includes the sender's IP address, the servers involved in the transmission of the email and the message headers (To:, From:, CC: and Subject:).
