How to Convert iPod to Media Player

Windows Media Player is the default program for playing music on a Windows-based computer. The MP3 format that iPod players use is not as compatible as the Wave audio format for the Windows Media Player. Converting a MP3 iPod-compatible audio file into the Wave audio format makes for total compatibility with Windows Media Player. The conversion can be done in a similar fashion on a Mac or Windows-based computer using the QuickTime Pro Player software. Neither the Windows Media Player or the Windows-based operating system will be damaged by using a Media Player-compatible audio file that was converted from an iPod-compatible audio file.
