Second, when you call, you will have different choices of service. When I called, they said please press 2 if you would like to cancel your Credit Inform Service. So I did that, and then you will have to wait for an associate to pick up.

Third, she/he is going to ask for your telephone number, and ask questions about you, to verify who you are. So be prepared for those questions.

Fourth, they will be talking a lot, like a sales pitch to keep you from canceling your account. They are just reading off a page, if you say no the first time, they will offer you the same service for 5.99 a month. And then you will have to repeatly say no, to get them to stop.

    Tips & Warnings

    • They only let you cancel the servive by phone, I tried email, they said you have to cancel it by the phone.

    • They are going to want you to not cancel it, so they are going to be saying a lot of this nonsense to get you to keep paying all that money
