If you like your chicken wings to be hot and spicy, try making breaded buffalo chicken wings. These oven-baked wings are lightly breaded and have the heat you’re looking for. Things You'll Need

  • Large resealable plastic bag
  • ¾ cup dry unseasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Baking dish
  • Aluminum foil

      Preheat your oven to 425 F.

      Combine 3/4 cup dry unseasoned bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons of garlic salt, 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper in a large resealable plastic bag.

      Add the chicken wings to the bag a few at a time, and shake the bag up to coat them well with the spices and bread crumbs.

      Arrange the wings in a shallow baking pan covered with a piece of aluminum foil. Bake chicken wings for 30 minutes or until cooked.
