- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 cup chocolate ice cream
- Blender
- 1 oz. vodka
- 1 oz. amaretto
- 1 oz. Kahlua
- 1 oz. Irish cream liqueur
- 2 Maraschino cherries (for garnish)
- 2 dark chocolate squares (for garnish)

Combine the crushed ice and chocolate ice cream in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed for 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.

Add the vodka, amaretto, Kahlua, and Irish cream liqueur. Pulse on low speed for 20-30 seconds until the drink is completely smooth and well combined.

Transfer the chocolate and almond mudslide cocktails to martini or short cocktail glasses. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry or a piece of dark chocolate.

Tips & Warnings
To make an alcohol-free chocolate almond mudslide cocktail, simply replace the vodka with half-and-half. Replace the amaretto with almond flavoring, and replace the Kahlua and Irish cream liqueur with coffee syrup.
