      Pull the mixing bowl out of the freezer and wash with warm water and soap. Make sure that you get all of the residue off of the bowl.

      Fill a gallon bucket one half inch from the top with hot water. Use the bleach bottle cap to measure two capfuls of bleach and pour them into the bucket.

      Place the bowl into the bucket and let sit for one minute. Take the bowl out of the bucket and set aside to air dry.

      Dip a rag into the bucket to dampen the rag. Wipe all other surfaces on the batch freezer with the damp rag. Let the batch freezer dry for thirty minutes.
